Content & Funnel Planning: Mapping out lead magnets, sales funnels, and content that aligns with your mission and converts.
We offer both done-for-you services and collaborative consulting to equip you with everything you need to show up, stand out, and serve well.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use my services.
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate and comprehensive information necessary for the effective delivery of my services.
Compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that all ad content adheres to Facebook’s advertising policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Timely Payments: You must pay all fees associated with my services as outlined in my service agreement.
Fees and Payments
Payment Terms: Fees for our services are detailed in the service agreement. Typically, payments are required in advance of service delivery.
Late Payments: A late fee may be charged for overdue payments. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content created by Cheryl Lynn Co for your ad campaigns remains my intellectual property until payment is received in full. Ownership of such content will be transferred as specified in the service agreement upon full payment.
License: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials I create for the duration specified in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
I am committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared with me related to your business and ad campaigns will be kept confidential, except as required by law or as necessary for the provision of our services.
Limitation of Liability
Cheryl Lynn Co’s liability for any claims related to my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services that give rise to the claim. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Termination by Client: You may terminate my services by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement. You will remain liable for all payments for services rendered up to the termination date.
Termination by Us: I reserve the right to terminate my services if you breach these Terms of Service or fail to fulfill your obligations under the service agreement. In such cases, you will be liable for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Modifications
I may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be posted on my website. Continued use of my services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
